Strength of BOF.

Total authorized manpower of BOF is 2235 out of which there are 84 Class-I, 140 Class-II, 1597 Class-III and 414 Class-IV posts.

Enrollment in BOF. There are as many as 29 posts are to be filled by direct recruitment. BOF invites application from interested candidates publishing recruitment notice in the Daily Newspapers. Suitable candidates are called for written test and viva-voice for final selection. The eligibility of candidates, their career prospects and benefits are enumerated below.

Class-I 18-30 B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/ Metallurgical / Chemical & Computer.

2. Assistant Chemist
Class-I 18-30 First Class Masters Degree in Chemistry or Second Class Masters Degree with Second Class Honours or Second Class B.Sc Engineering in Metallurgy.

3. Personnel Officer
Class-I 18-30 First Class Masters Degree or Second Class Masters Degree with Second Class Honours.

Class-II 18-30 Second Class Bachelor Degree with 5 years working experience.

5. Sub Assistant Engineer
Class-II 18-30 Diploma Engineering in Electrical/Automobile/ Wood Work/Refrigeration / Electronics / Computer / Metallurgical/ Chemical/ Draftsmanship.

6. Sub Assistant Chemist
Class-III 18-30 Second Class Bachelor Degree in Chemistry.

Office Timing.
0700 - 1410 hours from Saturday through Thursday. Friday is the weekly holiday.
